Cons
Horrible corporate culture, poor customer service is given due to under staffing and too much work load per person. They are constantly pinching pennies, but not making any visible improvements for the tenants, or employees. Nothing makes you feel extremely valued when you are notified that your workload is doubling, you receive a raise that barely beats inflation, and most people received less (or no bonus) than the previous year. Upper management is not transparent, too top heavy, and the company is expanding faster than it knows how to handle. Nepotism is common--be careful who you are talking to because there's a good chance your co-worker is friends with someone else there or one of the managers.
