In addition to specific process and systems training, all new employees are supported by a dedicated on-boarding specialist who guides them through core learning programs required within the first 90 days of employment. From a New Employee Welcome program to legislated compliance training, we ensure new employees are fully supported. We adopt a blended learning approach for role and departmental training, with many of our systems and process learning modules available on-line in an e-learning format.
