Pros

Salary and benefits is the only reason I stayed. Also offers bonus but the structure at which the amount is determined is solely based on how your boss feels about you when they make the cheque out

Cons

This is the most toxic place you could ever imagine working. The mind games that is played with management and even the HR department is mind blowing. I knew very confidential information which made me question what others new about me. They will tell you how amazing you are then load you down with work until your breaking point then tell you you're doing awful at your job. There are people being screamed at daily. If you want to lose your sanity, work for Minto.

Pros

Working at Minto has been a rewarding experience. The company promotes a healthy work-life balance and creates an environment where employees feel supported both professionally and personally. The strong sense of teamwork and camaraderie makes coming to work enjoyable, and there is a genuine family-like culture throughout the organization. I also appreciate the benefits package, PTO, and tuition reimbursement opportunities, which have helped me further my education and develop skills that contribute to the business. Minto truly values its employees and encourages growth and success.

Cons

Advancement opportunities can occasionally be limited due to low turnover in leadership positions. The distance of some communities can make it difficult to gain consistent hands-on field experience. Additionally, while management strives to address concerns, there may be opportunities to approach certain employee issues with even greater empathy and consideration for individual situations.
