Pros
Have direct clients of their own. They work on SOW basis too apart from consulting.
Cons
Management includes all near & dear ones of CEO. Poor communication from management, poor follow up on issues related to immigration. Employees need to follow up all the time if their application land in RFEs etc.. Benefits also are not at market standards.
