Company provides Good environment to learn new technologies . It gives a safe space where everyone can feel comfortable participating in conversations about their identity Provides opportunities for professional development, mentorship, training, and growth opportunities for employees.
Cons
Maybe some people felt unhappy with shift timings. But for us it's manageable.

This is the best place to learn new technologies and wide range of technical skills will be trained here. Very tough ITG Training but usefull for career growth. Learnt very quickly even as I came from Electronics Background.

Easy interview process and On-site opportunity (for a very limited few)

No minimum pay scale or proper salary structure, 3-year bond with ₹2L penalty for early exit, Company rules frequently change based on management convenience, No hybrid or remote work options, even during emergencies, Employees on bench or notice period are asked to take leaves, Lack of recognition for hard work or performance, No proper training for junior employees, Poor facilities – no transportation, canteen, or safety measures (especially for women leaving late), Unfair hike policy — hikes given only to employees currently in projects, Few projects available; employees removed due to “lack of utilization” even when it’s a management issue.
