There will less people in a project so you can learn huge but not in standards. Can gain knowledge and key to a project lead in less time . If a person has no problem of money and want learn you can join. remember if you want leave make a payment of 2.5 lack
Cons
There are much things in cons: 1) Developer has to carry his own laptop with propositional O.S having bond for 2.10 years you won't get salary for first 3 months 2) They don't know the word employee satisfaction at all. you have to pay Rs:1000/- as doc charge when you join and they will take all your original certificates 3) Huge Variable pay will loose it if you are not in project for 12 months 4) worst management maintenance ( use Agarbatti when client comes) and hr's can flush for CEO at washroom 5) they can drag your notice period to 6 months easily. If you ask more they will fire you with out an e-mail and won't provide service letter 6) M-city , the name only city but truly it's a forest, no public transport there 7) They have engineering college near by they maintain hostel for both students and employer food not good at all 8) bad leave policies, if you take more than 1 day leave in a month you will lose some of the variable pay and salary will credit 10th of the next month minimum some time it's 12th
