Pros
You may get to learn new technologies through client projects and company may offer some trainings, especially in IBM Middleware but thats about it
Cons
No paid vacation beyond 2 weeks and no 401K matching, no matter how many years you stay. Basically if you stay long years you will not accrue retirement safety. Promotions or raise is very rare, even if you are a full time employee. Will ask to sign agreements for trainings even if the client pays for it ( as employee is just a source of billing hours).
