No Pros, just like other IT- service-based companies! Good if you don't have other options. Better than staffing and recruitment companies out there! Freshers and early career opportunity-looking candidates can join.
Cons
Read the Offer letter and Agreement Carefully, the management will ask you for a 2 years commitment No Training, self-learning based track Poor internal tools and the client base is a niche! If you are South Asian(Indian) you might love the culture. Very underpaid as compared to other MNC's in the USA
