There was poor organization, management was very tight-knit and had a tendency not to listen to employees. No training to speak of, I pretty much had to create my job, whole cloth. What's worse, no guidance. I would ask for feedback make suggestions and get the brush off, or shrugs. If you are interested in working here please note that if you are not IT or management, you will be offered the lowest amount possible for the market. Oh, and they pay only Once Per Month. So if you need a bi-monthly check, this won't be for you.
