Pros
The product is great, robust and proven. You are the expert and customers are really listening your feedbacks. You are not just a "digital MD", but really a specialist / consultant which is here to understand all customers needs, issues, requirements,... and define a common path and targets . All projects are global and strategic, so the entire organisation is involved (Ecommerce, Marketing, IT, C-levels,...). So the job need a lot of different skills to develop. You can touch so much different topics, customers profiles and territories, that every meeting is different. Customers are always keen to share feedbacks with prospects and during those sessions you can feel and see the power of the model and the platform. Customers are worldwide (US, Europe, South America, Asia, ....) which is always a good point to get different views and opinions.
Cons
As every young companies which gets fast growth, sometimes you might have hole in the racket in term of management and training. But grass is not always greener on others sides, and I think this is a common topic in all startups. As every young company they also quickly give you a lot of responsibilities. So it is better to have an entrepreneurs mindset and be proactive. Don't wait people to tell you everything. People who comes from big corporation and just wait and follow processes could be disoriented.
