We would really appreciate the opportunity to better understand your perspective. Learning and development are core to us. Our early career programs are designed to provide meaningful, hands-on experience, with close collaboration within the team and regular check-ins so interns and apprentices can learn, contribute, and grow throughout their time at Mirakl. Depending on business needs, team structure, and available openings, a permanent role may not always be possible — and this is made clear from the interview process. Whenever it is possible, we strongly encourage and promote this option, that's why in 2025, around 20% of our interns/apprentices continued at Mirakl in a permanent role. We also take workload and work-life balance very seriously. We encourage open communication and early escalation when someone feels overwhelmed, whether with a manager or a People Partner, so that solutions and support can be put in place.
