Cons
The company has changed strategy three times in a year, and senior management is unable to articulate what the new strategy actually means. That causes immense confusion, particularly since the company has laid off approximately 33% of staff over the past year. The senior sales leaders are very disorganized. They don't respond to emails, are condescending to other parts of the company, and use wildly optimistic pricing models to justify their forecasts. The CEO and his top advisor define a new product strategy in such a vague manner that it could be interpreted in four ways. I think they honestly lack the depth of knowledge to lead this company. A strategy that malleable cannot be used to direct the rest of the company. Morale is constantly low. Working hours are long, stress is high, and good employees are constantly leaving to take jobs with higher pay at the competition. Those good employees are not replaced.
