I was growing on the career ladder all the time of my work there. My project was GE Money Bank and I was on different subprojects. Some of them were boring and some of them were very interesting, like the data warehouse. I worked on it for six years.
Cons
Many ODC with interesting projects was closed, like Cisco and GE Money
