CEO Leadership: We are deeply concerned by your comment regarding our CEO. We take leadership and the well-being of our employees very seriously. We would appreciate you reaching out to HR to share specific examples and provide more context to your comment. Product Roadmap: We understand the importance of a clear product roadmap. We acknowledge that there have been challenges in this area, and we are actively working to enhance our strategic planning and communication processes. Your feedback reinforces the need for us to provide a more defined product direction and better align it with our company's goals and vision. Diversity Initiatives: We are committed to fostering diversity and inclusion within our organization. While we have taken steps in this direction, we understand that more can be done. We have recently introdiced a series of communications desinged at highliting Mirantis Policy regarding issues such an diversity and inclusion; we want to provide the resources to all employees that they need to feel supported and seen.
