Dear Colleague, I am very sorry to hear about your negative experience while employed at Mirantis. The company has approximately 150 managers and most have a wide range of experience. I have not received this type of feedback in any recent exit interviews, and I would like to schedule a time to speak with you. We are constantly working to make our management team better and provide them with the most up-to-date training available. We also provide the 15Five platform to facilitate communication between managers and employees. According to the Q1 2022 engagement survey powered by Glint, we have 90 pts with the question "My experience with my manager is positive", that 15 pts above the benchmarks.
