A company in stagnation - Anonymous employee Mirantis Employee Review

This company has been around for 15 years and is just going around in circles with no growth, leadership, vision, and direction which results in constant layoff cycles. • Has not developed a core Mirantis revenue generating product in many years. Only has one legacy product which is slowing phasing out due to competition. • Constant acquisitions in which growth comes from those products while the company lays off their Mirantis colleagues to compensate. 3 layoff cycles in the last 3 years. • Acquired products ultimately end up having no direction, strategy, and vision which in turn are run to the ground while generating revenue. • It's like having multiple companies within one company. All product teams are competing against each other for budget. No eco-system or vision how all of these acquired companies will work together for a common goal/vision. Even the previous CEO mentioned it. • Two CEOs are constantly swapping each other out and continue to make the same mistakes. • All of this is a rinse and repeat cycle.
