Not recommended, siloed teams, arrogant leadership - Anonymous employee Mission Cloud Employee Review

Teams aren't allowed to talk to each other. There's lots of "that's not my/your job" attitude from people, instead of collaboration. Most of the individuals there are great people, but "leadership" is too protective of cross-talk. Recruitment process is very easy-going, but once you actually get into the company, you realize how rigid the "leaders" are. They don't care about feedback provided by their team members, or pretend to, but never take action on it. There's also a "bro" culture and quite a few toxic people whose behavior is actively supported by management. You're either "in" or "out."
