I am SO grateful for our entire Mission Cloud team and the passion and commitment and care that everyone brings to our Mission every day. From our leadership team who have shaped and defined the way we operate equitably and with inclusion aligned with our values, to managers and our AWS cloud technical teams and every individual contributor of our 300+ team - including the people who have been with Mission Cloud then gone on to other great companies and roles on their career journey. Our transparent, open, and caring culture is the foundation, where we can have the full range of dialog on any issue and not shy away from challenges. They make us stronger and more experienced every day.
Cons
As a fast growing cloud startup in uncertain economic times, the last year has been challenging in terms of predicting the future trajectory of AWS consumption by our customers, and we've been on a path to profitability that has mean't we have to be diligent and careful with any incremental expenditure - including new team members. So we've felt constrained a fair bit, but the process of ensuring we are operating efficiently and leveraging software and process for automation as we scale has been very healthy for the business and our next 5 year plan.
