What once was great, now seems to be sunsetting - Individual Contributor Mission Cloud Employee Review

Like many previous posts, Mission was once exciting, challenging, and focused on the mission. Unfortunately, things have gotten worse over the past 2 years. Current employees haven't received merit increases since 2021 as the company has never shown profit. In addition, the company just laid off 10% of its staff in January trying to shed costs so that a potential buyer sees some profit. It was sad to see because the layoffs were across the board and impacted all departments. A couple of new hires were let go as well before completing their onboarding. I would avoid. Eventually, they are going to be acquired and most will lose their job anyway
