The leadership lacks a clear and effective strategy, often relying on superficial buzzwords rather than substantive strategic initiatives.
Moreover, the company's decision to host lavish events featuring celebrities comes across as particularly insensitive, especially to those who have effectively experienced a reduction in real-term earnings. This, coupled with the inadequate severance packages provided to unexpectedly laid-off employees, only adds to the feeling of disregard for the team's hard work and dedication.
