They host town hall meetings where we're all encouraged to ask any questions that are top of mind. For those considering a position at Mission Cloud, be prepared for a fast-paced, high-energy setting. I've enjoyed that about being at Mission - it is never boring. As mentioned, leadership is super transparent with the team. I think it's probably challenging determining the level of transparent to be - so sometimes messages get mixed up in translation amongst the team and leadership can some times be too transparent.
