Lack of training and each plant is run by a manager the way they want to run it. This company has been around a long time and should have processes in place, but unfortunately it seems as if they reinvent the wheel at every opportunity. Some plants have excellent GM's and there is a program in place to hire quality people, but unfortunately some are still ran by tyrants, and all of them are only as good as this years numbers. Job security at this company is reserved for a very select few. Unless you work in the plant you have no career growth opportunities.
