They have a habit of developing new programs or features only enough to sell it and never improve it from there. Clueless leadership. They let several competitors bundle their repair program, with some of them undercutting you on price. Inside sales will poach your orders/customers. Don't care about field sales reps. 5 years in, I wouldn't know senior leadership if I tripped over them.
