Pros

- All engineers are Senior, there is always something new to pickup. - Everyone is friendly, even across other teams. - Good company culture with no micro managing even though it's a fully remote company. - With some meetings that gives insights on how the company is doing, i tend to fall in love with the company and actually want to work hard to make it better. - Work feels like family, first ever experience of such.

Cons

- Lots of work to do, not enough engineering hands. - No dedicated DevOps, while this helps engineers grow in regards to understanding load balancing and AWS, a DevOps team would go a long way in helping engineers focusing on refactors, support tickets, PIs, and bug fixes. - Can be sometimes hard to keep up with everything going on within the company.

Pros

Excellent company culture with a strong focus on making remote work truly effective. The team puts real effort into supporting distributed employees, and collaboration is easy—colleagues are friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. Project planning is consistently thorough and well-organized, regardless of scope, with stable priorities and realistic timelines. The company also has a clear long-term vision and direction.

Cons

No real cons that are specific to the company, only a bit harder to work because of different timezones since employees are from all around the world.

Pros

Refreshing, genuinely AI-forward mindset — not in a “we have all the answers” way, but in a thoughtful, exploratory approach to new ways of working and what they mean for both the business and customers. The team has significant depth and experience, and discussions are grounded, practical, and forward-looking.

Cons

I’m still fairly new and don’t see any meaningful downsides so far. Onboarding was fast and intentionally optimized for early impact, which may feel intense for some, but worked well for me.
