Pros

Seemingly exciting startup with all the right accolades to draw in new customers.

Cons

Founders have no understanding of how to run a company, making sudden decisions and constantly changing direction. They pretend to care and make you feel important, but burn through employees without giving it a second thought. Don't let them fool you. No technical pragmatism - choosing the "latest and greatest" without actually vetting, instead of reliable technologies. Do not work here.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback about your experience at our company. We appreciate your input and take all feedback seriously as we strive to continuously improve. Like many start-ups, the journey is always a bit uncertain and can change at any given time, this is what makes it exciting. Given the recent macro climate, yes, we've had to make important changes but with the interest of our customers and employees at heart. We always aim to explain our decisions to the wider company and welcome feedback. Thanks for the review and we wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors.

Pros

Excellent company culture with a strong focus on making remote work truly effective. The team puts real effort into supporting distributed employees, and collaboration is easy—colleagues are friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. Project planning is consistently thorough and well-organized, regardless of scope, with stable priorities and realistic timelines. The company also has a clear long-term vision and direction.

Cons

No real cons that are specific to the company, only a bit harder to work because of different timezones since employees are from all around the world.

Pros

Refreshing, genuinely AI-forward mindset — not in a “we have all the answers” way, but in a thoughtful, exploratory approach to new ways of working and what they mean for both the business and customers. The team has significant depth and experience, and discussions are grounded, practical, and forward-looking.

Cons

I’m still fairly new and don’t see any meaningful downsides so far. Onboarding was fast and intentionally optimized for early impact, which may feel intense for some, but worked well for me.
