Pros

Opportunity for lots of daily site work. The work is growing with technology and is interesting.

Cons

Investors trying to grow the company by buying many similar companies in the southeast. The leadership at the top won't allow for decent wages for employees. Had to sign non-compete to get a raise/ bonuses.

Job was enjoyable once you started to learn and understand it. More independence on projects and not a strict 8-5 job due to locations and project needs.

Cons

Not a place to build a career. Most issues are with management and their concentration on sales while neglecting service.
