Good work experience for multitasking from tech service to customer service and also account managing.

Cons

High stress environment because of the fast delivery promises. Constantly behind on work. Definitely need to work beyond 40 hours to do your job.

Job was enjoyable once you started to learn and understand it. More independence on projects and not a strict 8-5 job due to locations and project needs.

Cons

Not a place to build a career. Most issues are with management and their concentration on sales while neglecting service.
