Pros

Great place to work. Everyone was willing to teach and show me how i could improve. Manager had our backs as long as we communicated our needs clearly. Over all the whole team was great

Cons

There is room for growth but progression seems to take a while. The only reason i left was because i got a really good opportunity in a different industry.

Pros

I have a better understanding of why private equity firms are a blight in america

Cons

Management doesn't communicate 2 weeks of PTO is not competitive 25% below national average pay is not competitive Telling people to not mark OT or to take a day off in lieu is poor financial management after reporting buying another company
