Company vehicle, laptop, and cell phone. Bonuses for obtaining certifications, chances to travel and work overtime.

Cons

Poor management, managers have no formal training. Good Ole Boy system is strong in this company. Everything is reactive and never proactive. Nepotism is very much used and no room for advancement. Managers bold face lie to you and take no responsibility.

Job was enjoyable once you started to learn and understand it. More independence on projects and not a strict 8-5 job due to locations and project needs.

Cons

Not a place to build a career. Most issues are with management and their concentration on sales while neglecting service.
