Good pay and good benefits

Cons

Management there doesn’t know how train correct way! Operation Manager does not know train a person at all! I’m sad I gave up a job for this company! I would not recommend working here! All they know how to do is point out wrong things you do! If decide to work for them just know operation manager doesn’t make mistakes at all!

Pros

Job was enjoyable once you started to learn and understand it. More independence on projects and not a strict 8-5 job due to locations and project needs.

Cons

Not a place to build a career. Most issues are with management and their concentration on sales while neglecting service.
