The list of cons is infinite. Poor management, no proper training, under appreciated, terrible pay, overbearing workload, and more. The workload all around is too much for any department to handle but upper management has not contributed to assessing the problem. They only want results and that's impossible with low staff and poor pay. Upper management doesn't take the time to learn the working parts of the departments that make the company run and are constantly changing processes. There is NO consistent and/or proper process on how anything is handled. They are constantly acquiring companies and can't maintain a staff to support their growth and, in turn, the employees are buried in work and cannot keep up. Because of this, upper management is constantly pointing the finger instead of jumping in and finding a resolution to the issues.
