It's a bunch of acquisitions that aren't very well integrated. Anything at the location level seems to work, but anything over-arching is disorganized and disjointed

Pros

Job was enjoyable once you started to learn and understand it. More independence on projects and not a strict 8-5 job due to locations and project needs.

Cons

Not a place to build a career. Most issues are with management and their concentration on sales while neglecting service.
