- Lots of room for growth and advancement. - Encourages knowledge acquisition. - Great local-level operation.

Cons

- Rapid growth ensures growing pains are constant. - Constant acquisitions means less money to improve recently acquired/existing locations. - Incredibly large service area at this particular location relative to employee count. - Lack of procedures and structure in lower level positions cause inconsistencies in performance and trainings.

I have a better understanding of why private equity firms are a blight in america

Cons

Management doesn't communicate 2 weeks of PTO is not competitive 25% below national average pay is not competitive Telling people to not mark OT or to take a day off in lieu is poor financial management after reporting buying another company
