Raises don’t even touch cost of living, if you get a raise at all. Meanwhile they raise the labor rate every couple months and charge 100% plus on parts, bonuses are directly based on how badly you can gouge the disabled community and if they feel like you’ve gotten it too often enough, will change the criteria to make it much more difficult to attain. Shop hours are all fabricated and manipulated to squeeze as much money as possible from folks. Discouraged from taking lunch breaks, Write ups for nonsensical infractions that your direct manager can’t even explain. Nepo babies can do whatever they want.
