Pros

The company's mission to assist individuals with disabilities is truly commendable.

Cons

The Executive Leadership Team (ELT) is quick to emphasize their titles and influence within the company, often at the expense of employees who feel minimized. The company suspended its 401(k) program for a period while prioritizing expansion into more stores and branches across the U.S. and Canada. Overall, the benefits are average—far from exceptional. With over 2,000 employees, there’s a notable lack of fair treatment and competitive salaries, which are consistently below local averages. Career growth is almost nonexistent. I spent seven years in the same position with no salary increase, despite receiving excellent performance reviews from leadership and peers nationwide. My compensation felt more like a token of being part of a "great mission"—a sentiment they frequently emphasized to justify the lack of tangible rewards. Stress is a constant in the workplace, as the ELT refuses to hire additional staff, citing budget constraints. This leads to overworked teams and suspended internal services to accommodate other priorities, such as purchasing new locations or hiring additional (and often unnecessary) ELT members. The organization already has more than enough at that level, while frontline employees are stretched thin.

Pros

* Great customers and professional services clients. * Constantly changing schedule to accommodate client needs (I consider this a great "Pro Reason" as it meant traveling/driving to all corners of the state of Arizona as well as semi-regular driving trips to Nevada). * Great at making friends with repeat clients.

Cons

Company did not provide necessary business tracking documents (I.E. Profit *& Loss Statements) so that the business could be managed effectively to ensure activities we engaged in with clients were profitable at all levels.

Pros

Depends on who's telling you what the sop that day. No constancy across leadership team

Cons

I stayed 2 long and wasted my life while I made the company money and gave them positive reviews and a improved location brought from the bottom to the highest performance store nation wide. They dont like EGG on there faces when an outsider shows the old management how to sell...they still have egg on there face. ;)
