Managers go out of their way to accommodate anything within reason. You never stop learning and new tech is bringing a lot of positive changes to the field work. I have creative freedom in my job and can actually make a difference.

With New England weather, you never know what the day will bring. There will be times of OT but the managers try to give a good work/life balance during the busier months.
