Pros
Some of the people that work there are nice.
Cons
New people are herded into a room where a fast-talking employee that doesn't even introduce herself or ask for the new people's names starts talking at them ten minutes before they are supposed to be starting the training. Training is very poorly executed with no support documents or materials. Processes are ridiculously repetitive and redundant. The service department clearly is playing a game to see which of them can do the least amount of work, always switching calls to other departments when the calls are clearly meant for them to handle. Very poor customer service. The ineffective processes have lots of time and steps built into them for other departments to nit-pick the work of the sales team, the only group that seems to actually have to work and not push all their work off onto other departments.
