Not good with employee appreciation - Press Operator Modineer Employee Review

You have to work there for 5 years and basically make them so much money before they give you any holiday bonus. Only appreciation they show employees is they order them pizzas sometimes. They make it a hassle to get a raise, don't offer no bonuses other than a 50$ quarterly attendance bonus and the holiday bonus for employees that have been there for 5 years, but each year that changes last year it was 3 years to get holiday bonus. Near the end of the year they started getting rid of employees and taking any type of extra there was for employees to save the company money.
