Pros
I very much enjoyed my time with Modis, particularly the first 5 years from 2011 to 2016. I was recruited by an internal recruiter to help build out their newly created strategic delivery center in Denver. They were looking for someone in an operations support capacity, and it was a great fit. During my tenure at Modis, I picked up a lot of new skills along the way, which has opened a lot of doors for me moving forward. My colleagues were wonderful to work with, and I met so many acquaintances over my 8 years there. The benefits were excellent - health insurance was very reasonably priced for individual plans, dental was good, PTO was 4 weeks per year (definitely above average), and the team-building events and social culture made going to work everyday very enjoyable. I absolutely miss working for the company and seeing familiar faces, but life throws you changes along the way.
Cons
I don't have too many cons to list other than the frequent turnover in staff and sometimes a lack of direction in overall strategy in growth and diversification. There were periods where the training program for colleagues in production roles seemingly worked well and got them up to speed quickly, and other periods where chaos kind of ensued. I think some folks felt lost and without direction.
