Honestly, I can't think of ANYTHING that is a con! I have sat here and thought about it, over and over again. Nothing comes to mind. It's the first job I have had where I leave work, and come home to focus on my 'at home life.' I rarely ever bring my work home (yes, I do work at home on the weekends, but like an hour or two at a time, and I float the time throughout the week).

Pay was good especially for the area, and it's nice to support a local business.

Was disappointed by the way that ownership handled things... felt more derogatory than constructive, in spite of the fact that the people I saw were all working hard and sincerely trying to help them build the business. Seems counter-productive to try to undercut your employees' efforts, passion, and self-confidence when they're just trying to help you grow your enterprise.
