The employee discount is good. Which you will need because they will drive you to drink. Benefits have improved though. They now offer health insurance.
Cons
Constant and excessive changes throughout the entire company due to leadership issues. Lots of turnover. Watch out, if you don’t agree with the owners, you’ll get fired. Be prepared to work very long hours on weekends with little breaks, if any, and deal with crazy, rude drunk people. You will also have to clean up puke and worse. Even admin positions are expected to work weekends. The company does not pay equal for men vs women. It was probably the most stressful place I have ever worked. It sounds like a fun place but behind closed doors it’s purely dysfunctional and unprofessional. There are very few processes (adding to the chaos) and even if you try to implement basic industry standard processes leadership won’t support you.
