None that I can think of

• Able to 'own' the position and grow! The leaders respect expertise and knowledge within the position (i.e. social media, marketing, PR, etc). • Your opinion and voice matters, especially when needing to pivot due to challenges (i.e. COVID) • Collaborative input - Valued and heard • Personally feel valued daily • Supportive directors and managers • Discount on wine, beer, and merch • 401K matching opportunity + health benefits • Work/life balance (family is important, and always comes first with MHG) • Fun atmosphere

Honestly, I can't think of ANYTHING that is a con! I have sat here and thought about it, over and over again. Nothing comes to mind. It's the first job I have had where I leave work, and come home to focus on my 'at home life.' I rarely ever bring my work home (yes, I do work at home on the weekends, but like an hour or two at a time, and I float the time throughout the week).
