Since starting at Mohegan, I can honestly say it is one of the most positive working experiences I have ever had. The staff is friendly, the supervisors are very respectful and the schedule is very flexible. This company wants happy employees and encourages fun by having contests for staff, hero cards, rewards, free meals for every shift, free or discounted tickets to shows and opportunities to advance.
