Pros

Benefits, decent pay, many new and different challenges daily.

Cons

Management plays favorites, co-workers lie and stab each other in the back to advance, rampant narcissism. Work effort and dedication less important than towing a fake company line and kissing up to "superiors" that are anything but. Spend more time doing CYA to keep from being railroaded into disciplinary action than actually doing real effective work. Work is a popularity contest instead of a team.

Pros

Only pro is whatever work experience you can take somewhere else.

Cons

Lack of promotion opportunities. When there are some they are not a equal opportunity employer. Pay is very low to industry standards. Not a happy work environment. Managers say in-front of employees the place is a joke and they dont want to be there.

Pros

Mohegan is an exciting place to work. There are several employee discounts at local businesses as well. Sometimes they give free tickets away to events. Great health insurance for full time employees, but it's exspensive.

Cons

I was fired from Mohegan Sun after being a loyal employee for 22 years. I needed to have an emergency tooth extraction and they would not give me a day off (had used up my time off). As I had a massive infection, it needed to be tended to asap. On several occasions I experienced the violation of labor laws (threatening employees with termination of they didn't agree to do "voluntary" overtime). Also they refused to grant me reasonable accommodations even though I have a disability, and this is why I missed work. In the last few years, this company stopped caring about its customers and employees.
