Pros
Good for employees looking for a retirement job and don't mind monotonous work with limited manpower, resourses and money. Many employees with 20 to 35 years of tenure
Cons
Poor compensation, worst than competitors in same industry. Huge disconnect from Corporate to region to local office operations. Corporate culture is set by your local boss, do not expect same or similar values across the company. Hard to change the mediocre performance culture. No incentive to perform above average or go beyond the extra mile. Being in a competitive industry, this may not be good for the company in future.
