      Pros

      I worked in a residential setting and had a great experience with my manager, clinical supervisor, and the team of people that I worked with. Good place to get hours towards MFT/Social work license, as clinical supervision was available.

      Cons

      Evening/weekend hours may be required, work can be challenging but colleagues, manager, supervisor were all very supportive.

      Paid medical, dental, life insurance, offers 4% towards retirement plan, starting pay $36.00, family oriented.

      Cons

      Long hours, a lot of overtime, even at other facilities, on call 2 days out of the month, have to use own car sometime.
