Pros
Being unionized means we do have some leverage in our contract and pay. Depending on the program you're in, you could have empathetic management and a great team.
Cons
Momentum is like any other community mental health agency in that they're at the whims of the county and board members. They like promoting from within and quickly which means people with a year or two of experience are suddenly managing an entire program (without any leadership experience). Upper management is terrible judge of character.
