amazing team, company, support, benefits. hours, balance, all of it. they really REALLY value you and the clients. best part is that they trust you and will not micromanage you.

Cons

documentation and productivity can be hard to meet every month but thats it honestly. i know this is very dependent on who your manager is / where you are working though.
