The product is clearly not finished. Most prospects I spoke with were not pleased with the so called automation of the tractor, as well as commission was never paid out timely and the OTE (On Target Earnings) was all a ruse to get someone in the door. I will also add I was laid off and told "you did great during your tenure here" with no severance or compensation package.

Fast paced, lots of opportunities for high ownership, friendly team.

Cons

Lack of seniority and guidance: Monarch was a great place if you are confident in your field and can manage the scope of your role. It could be hard for more junior employees to figure out where they fit. Processes were not cohesive and not enough teams subscribed to common processes.
