Pros
Great co-workers, wonderful learning opportunities, flexible hours, genuine concern from management about how they stack up. The people who work here are invariably smart, and everybody is friendly. They also are aggressive about training & promoting internally, which is great!
Cons
The "unlimited" vacation kind of depends on your manager. I would like it better if they had something additional, like "we mandate a minimum of 2 weeks of vacation per year," so that it's clear that you're expected to use your vacation time. Also, please implement 401(k) matching!
